Our service is free to use just like ordering over the phone. Sign up and register with us to receive special promotional offers!

What payment methods does Eat Now accept?

We accept credit or debit cards, Paypal, or you can simply choose pay cash to the driver as normal.

Do I need to sign up and register to order?

No, it isn't necessary to sign up and become a member but it does help.

How long does it take for my order to reach the restaurant?

Orders are sent directly from the website to the restaurants.

Who delivers my meal?

Each restaurant is responsible for their own deliveries, Eat Now does not take any responsibility for the preparation or delivery of food, we do listen to our valued customers and any restaurant not performing to our Eat Now high standards will be removed from our website.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have any queries regarding your order simply visit the contact page and send us an email. A customer services operative will receive this and call you back immediately. We are always monitoring the site so if you have a problem, don't worry, we'll be in touch as soon as possible.

How do I sign up for an account?

Simply click on the 'Sign Up' button to begin the account creation process. Completing this will result in you being sent a confirmation email. Simply click the link in your confirmation email to activate your Eat Now account.

How do I sign in?

Click on our 'Sign In' button and enter the email address from which you registered followed by your password.

Can I change my password?

Changing your password is very straight forward. Once you are signed into your account, click on the 'Profile' button at the top of the screen and choose the 'Change Password' option from the left-hand menu.

How do I save a favourite order?

To save an order to your favourites choose a restaurant and food items as normal, then instead of checking out click on the "Add Order To Favourites" button situated on the restaurant information bar at the top of the page. Follow the on screen prompt to name the order and click the "Save Order To Favourites" button.

You can re-load the order any time by visiting the "Favourite Orders" page on your profile and choosing "Load Order".
